Tasting Notes

Aroma: intense floral, elderflower notes combined with citrusy elements and a hint of passion fruit.

Palate: tropical fruits, grapefruit and pear, with a hint of honeysuckle.

Colour: pale yellow with gold tonality, 100% comes from the elderflower extract.

In creating ST-GERMAIN®, no preservatives, additives or stabilisers are used. Thus, its pale golden colour may eventually darken over time. This is perfectly natural and will not alter the taste.

The ST-GERMAIN® Spritz

Savour the moment with our most iconic cocktail! Pour ST-GERMAIN® over ice into your glass. Top with prosecco and soda water. Give the drink a good stir. Gently twist a lemon peel on top of your drink and add edible flowers (optional).

The ST-GERMAIN® Royale

Pour ST-GERMAIN® into a chilled Champagne glass (from freezer). Top with Champagne, stir, garnish with a blackberry on the rim of the glass, and voilà: The ST-GERMAIN® Royale!

About Heather Evelyn

Heather Evelyn is an illustrator and designer based in South London. Initially translating her love for colour and design into stationery, her range has since expanded to include decorative gifts and homeware.

Following a career in fashion buying, Heather’s part-time screen-printing hobby became a small business in late 2020.

Inspiration is drawn from past and present, growing up in Suffolk and later studying at Central St Martins in London. Quality sourcing is always at the forefront of Heather’s mind and all cards and envelopes are provided by leading paper specialist G.F.Smith.
